This is a story begins with a sincere wish

Back in the 1990s, the dream of Oppein came from a small wish: "How wonderful would it be if every family could own such an exquisite kitchen?" This casual talk from the sister inspired Yao, the chairman of Oppein when he invited his family to buy their first house. During that period, most Chinese families owned simple brick and stone kitchens. But as people constantly strived to improve their living conditions, a higher standard and demand for cooking areas became vital as ever.

With the hope that every family could benefit from a well-designed kitchen, Yao started the business in 1994, and the brand, Oppein, was born. The kitchen is the center of the home where families gather and enjoy precious moments, so we started by making better kitchens and wish to convey love and dreams to every family.

CHANGE FROM ONE SPACE TO THE WHOLE HOME

Over the years, Oppein has become synonymous with premium kitchen cabinets. Nevertheless, Yao observed a significant difference between rooms in the same house. A beautifully designed kitchen in a home that did not match other room decor created an awkward situation.

"We provide exquisite kitchens for families, but this is not enough." Yao and the leadership team retargeted and updated the company's primary purpose. Rather than working solely on supplying dream kitchens, Oppein started creating dream homes that provide comprehensive furnishing solutions for every room. The original wish moved from "How wonderful would it be if every family could own such an exquisite kitchen?" to "How wonderful would it be if every home could be perfectly furnished?"

With over 7,900 franchise stores and showrooms worldwide, the Oppein family continues to grow. While our group has grown fast, one thing remains constant: all Oppeiners share the same goal of achieving the slogan of Oppein Home – Where there is home and love, there is Oppein.

For a Better Society

To support families experiencing financial hardships and sub-health conditions, the "Initiative for Warming Home with Love" started in 2014. We have organized a variety of public welfare events to warm homes with love since then, including "free lunch," "turning off the phone for one hour for better accompanying," and "calling love to return home." Additionally, in 2020, we established a foundation aimed at helping families living in poverty. Conveying love and warmth to every home, we will lead the way in kindness and make society better.

For a Better Planet

Sustainable and green initiatives are evident throughout the manufacturing process and in the final product. We began the preliminary phase of "Green Factory" certification in five major production bases in 2022, and we adhere to the cutting-edge four R's concept: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle, and Recovery. With the release of the "Health+" Strategy and the "Formaldehyde-free Green Panel," we are committed to providing environmentally friendly and safe products to our consumers for a better living space.
