Oppein x CORE Residence @ TRX to be the New Landmark in Malaysia

On Sunday, March 26, 2023, CORE Residence @ TRX was topped out by CORE Precious Development Sdn Bhd - a joint venture between China Communications Construction Group (CCCG) and WCT Holdings Bhd. As the home furnishing supplier for this project, Oppein was invited to the grand event and had the opportunity to celebrate the birth of this landmark in Malaysia.

CORE Residence @ TRX stands as the first residential project in the financial district of Tun Razak Exchange (TRX).

Located on 1.65 acres of freehold land, the luxury residence features two serviced residence towers, comprising 700 units, as well as one serviced apartment tower. A total of seven different layout options are available, ranging in size from 624 square feet to 1,022 square feet. As the furnishing supplier for the project, Oppein provided customized cabinets and furnishings to fit different floorplans, enhancing the value of each room.

CCCG has been a strategic partner of OPPEIN for a substantial period, and this is the first overseas cooperation project between Oppein and CCCG.

CCCG aims to make the world smoother, the city more livable, and life more colorful, which coheres with Oppein Home Group's philosophy - offering consumers high-end customized home furnishings, which will lead them to a better and more enjoyable living experience. Accordingly, the collaboration between CCCG and Oppein would be a success and would enhance both the building's commercial visibility and residential appeal.

According to Zhang Bao, Chairman and Managing Director of CORE Precious, the development has received an overwhelming response from local and global investors, with up to an 80% take-up rate, including customers from more than 20 countries.
