We launched our intelligent manufacturing initiative in 2015 to better respond to evolving market expectations for superior product quality, flexible customization, and greater production efficiency.

Today, we operate five state-of-the-art production bases strategically located across China’s key manufacturing regions, with a combined construction area of over 3 million square meters. This integrated manufacturing network forms the backbone of our global supply chain, enabling us to meet the diverse needs of clients across the globe with consistency and precision.

At the heart of this upgrade is our fully digitalized order-to-production system, which seamlessly converts customer specifications into manufacturing instructions. Complementing this capability is our proprietary AI design platform, which can generate design drafts and quotations in approximately 30 minutes — significantly streamlining the early-stage order process. Once a design is finalized, the system automatically translates it into detailed manufacturing documentation for individual workshops, ensuring accuracy and minimising lead times.

The results speak for themselves: our manufacturing system now produces 25,000 cabinets per day under standard operating conditions, with domestic orders in China delivered within 7 days and overseas projects completed in approximately 45 days.
