Malaysian Enterprise Delegation Visits OPPEIN in August
On August 28th, OPPEIN welcomed a delegation of business leaders from Malaysia to its Wuxi production site for an in-depth look at the company’s whole-house customization capabilities, intelligent manufacturing, and management practices.

The visit began with a tour of OPPEIN’s whole-house showroom, where the guests explored a wide range of cabinetry and interior solutions. From material selection and craftsmanship to styling and space planning, the displays demonstrated how OPPEIN combines design versatility with refined quality. The experience also gave the visitors a closer look at how the company translates different lifestyle needs and aesthetic preferences into customized home solutions. “In Malaysia, there are companies that offer whole-house customization, but OPPEIN offers a much broader combination of design and manufacturing capabilities,” one visitor remarked. “What stood out to me was the way the showroom brings together sophisticated design, premium technique, and practical flexibility. It gives you a clear sense of what the brand can deliver.”

To gain a deeper understanding of OPPEIN’s intelligent manufacturing capabilities, the delegation then embarked on a factory tour. The visit covered multiple workshops and key production stages, including cutting, edge banding, drilling, warehousing, and packaging. Supported by advanced German HOMAG equipment and an integrated production system, these processes are connected within a streamlined workflow designed to maintain consistency while accommodating customized orders.

Across its five production sites, OPPEIN has a combined daily production capacity of up to 140,000 customized cabinets. Its intelligent manufacturing system not only strengthens production efficiency and capacity but also enables flexible customization through AI-powered design and production technologies. The integration of design and manufacturing helps make the ordering process more efficient. OPPEIN’s CAXA AI design software can generate a design plan within 3 minutes and provide a quotation accordingly. Once an order is confirmed, the production data can be transferred directly to the factory, enabling production scheduling to begin promptly. For the visiting business leaders, this integration offered valuable insights. “I was particularly interested in how OPPEIN coordinates such a complex process from design and ordering through to production,” said the leader of a logistics company. “The level of integration is impressive, and there are ideas here that could be valuable for improving efficiency in other industries as well. I look forward to exploring opportunities for further exchange with the OPPEIN team.”

The final part of the visit was a management conference, where representatives from both sides exchanged views on corporate management, operational practices, and business development. Bringing together perspectives from various markets and industries, the visit created a valuable platform for insight exchange. It also strengthened connections between OPPEIN and Malaysian business leaders, opening the door to further discussions on cooperation, knowledge sharing, and potential business opportunities.
