Our quality standards

7-layer plywood

7 layers solid wood sheets, dispatch the stress 40% loading capacity higher than other carcase material.

Particle Board.

Wood chips cold pressed by 300 tons/㎡ with superior screw holding capacity and load bearing capacity.

MDF(Medium density fiberboard)

MDF is made up of separated fibers, which is produced under the high temperature and pressure. It is harder and denser than plywood or particle wood.

SOLID WOOD.

Imported from North America, there are 6 popular wood species optional: including birch, cherry wood, alder, oak, ash and walnut. It is genuine broadleaf with rich, natural and clear wood grain, stunning linear texture.

LACQUER

Core MDF 18/21/25mm thick, matt or high gloss surface optional.

PP FOIL COATED

Core MDF 21/25mm thick, frame and core structure, both faces coated with PP foil.

PVC FOIL COATED

Core MDF: 18/21/25mm thick, seamless Frame and core structure. Front & back face: front face coated with PVC, back face coated with white melamine.

ACRYLIC

Core MDF/particle board: 18 thick, edges sealed with same-color acrylic. Front & back face: front face coated with inked acrylic, back face same as front face, or laminated with ABS décor paper.

HIGH PRESSURE LAMINATE

Core particle board 18mm thick, edges sealed with 2mm thick REHAU PVC.

MELAMINE

Core particle board : 18mm thick, edges sealed with 2mm thick REHAU PVC. Front & back face: both faces coated with high quality German SCHATTDECOR or SPAIN LAMIGRAF impregnated décor paper.
