1994
The Legendary Journey Begins
Mr. Yao founded OPPEIN Home with the goal of bringing innovative kitchens to Chinese consumers, marking the start of modern kitchen manufacturing in China.
1996
Business Expansion
The Guangzhou cabinet factory expanded to support company growth, emphasizing perfection in manufacturing and design.
2000
Leading the China Market
OPPEIN launched China’s first fully equipped kitchen, with annual sales reaching 100 million CNY and ranking first in the industry.
2003 – 2004
Going Global & Entering Bathrooms
OPPEIN established an overseas business department and a North American office, and introduced its bathroom collection.
2006 – 2007
Certification & Product Diversification
OPPEIN earned China’s first Environmental Labeling certification and expanded into wardrobes and whole-house furnishings. Sales hit 1 billion CNY in 2007.
2009 – 2010
Growth & New Product Lines
A new Guangzhou production site enabled a daily output of 300,000 kitchen cabinets, making OPPEIN Asia’s largest manufacturer. Wooden doors were added in 2010.
2011 – 2012
Rapid Expansion
A new Tianjin production site opened, annual sales surpassed 3 billion CNY, and global franchise stores exceeded 2,000.
2016
Italian Design & Enhanced Production
OPPEIN collaborated with Italian designers, opened a Milan branch, and built a new production base in Qingyuan.
2017 – 2018
Historic IPO
OPPEIN was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, with shares rising 44.01% on the first day. Annual sales exceeded 10 billion CNY a year later.
2021
Record Market Value & Smart Production
OPPEIN became the first home furnishings company in China to reach a market value of 100 billion CNY, supported by five intelligent production bases.
2022
Acquisition & New Luxury Brand
Acquisition & New Luxury Brand, OPPEIN acquired Italian furniture company Former S.r.l. and launched the high-end brand "miform".
2023
Celebrity Endorsement & Global Reach
Actor Hu Ge became OPPEIN’s global spokesperson. The company had over 8,786 branches worldwide.
2024
A Milestone Year: 30 Years of Success
OPPEIN Home celebrated 30 years of continuous success, with orders reaching 50 million worldwide by the end of the year.
