Evaluation of OPPEIN oversea dealer at Informa, Indonesia


The following is what our deler says to OPPEIN.

Collaborating with Oppein is such an honour for us. As one of Oppein’s agent, we got a lot of support from Oppein’s sales team. Oppein who has a lot of experience in selling custom products give us some idea for the selling channel, train our man power, and also has willingness to improve. Collaborating with Oppein, we both learning each other.


As the biggest cabinet manufactury in Asia, Oppein has a very strong brand in China. But, in Indonesia, Oppein’s brand is not as strong as in China. So, we keep developing the brand for both Informa Custom Furniture and Oppein. Altough Informa is the biggest retailer in Indonesia, but we still need to inform the market that we sell the custom product. So, we put a lot of advertisement in billboard, magazines, website, make routine events and also join a lot of exhibitions. To capture more market, now we have opened 10 showrooms and also 6 counters all over Indonesia to support the sales performance.

Man power also take an important part to boost the sales performance. We have sales team, designer team, and installation team. Oppein will train them once a year to update the skill and knowledge. We also make a group for each team to increase the communication and regulary update the newest information. Besides Oppein’s support,  internal coordination also held regulary to discuss and find improvement for the problem occur.


Not only internal communication, communication between Informa and Oppein also take a great part to improve our sales performance. We need to deal with every single cases,mantain a good delivery time, and decrease the rework rate. Both Oppein and Informa officers keep a good communication to make sure on time delivery schedule to customer, make sure that the goods delivered are complete and in a good condition.
